Conference „Develop a Generic Dual Education Model for Georgia: Perspectives and Challenges“ (EN)

On June 26-27, 2024, George Gabedava, the Head of the International Relations and an Associate Professor at BNTU, participated in conference „Develop a Generic Dual Education Model for Georgia: Perspectives and Challenges“.   The conference was held as part of the ERASMUS+ Capacity Building project „Strengthening capacities for the Implementation of Dual Education in Georgia Higher Education (DUGEOR)“ hosted by the Georgian Technical University.   The conference attendees discussed and introduced the unified dual education model project to the guests.   The project consortium boasts 16 esteemed members, comprising 4 foreign universities from Serbia, Austria, and Germany, along with 5 Georgian universities and 5 partner organizations. Notably, the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia and the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement are integral members of this consortium.   The project is financed by the European Union under the ERASMUS+ Capacity Building program.   This initiative commenced on January 1, 2023, and will be concluded concluded on December 31, 2026.
