International Forum „SEArica event on Leisure Boating and Water-based Tourism - Developing a Truly European and Sustainable Nautical Tourism“

On July 13, 2022, the Head of International Relations Service of the Batumi Navigation Teaching University, Associate Professor George Gabedava participated in the international forum "SEArica event on Leisure Boating and Water-based Tourism - Developing a Truly European and Sustainable Nautical Tourism".
During the forum, the speakers held a discussion on such topics as: Development of maritime tourism; Renewal of port infrastructure; European qualification framework for sustainable development of maritime tourism; Perspectives from the sector and more.
After the end of the forum, a question-and-answer format was held.
The forum was supported by the Peripheral Maritime Regions Conference and the European Shipping Industry.
