Training on How to Implement CRM and ERP Systems in Business

On September 26, 2025, Tinatin Samsonia, Head of the Maintenance Service at BNU, participated in a training on How to Implement CRM and ERP Systems in Business.
The aim of the training was to provide participants with practical knowledge on optimizing and developing business processes through modern digital tools.
The course covered the following topics:
- The importance, goals, and benefits of CRM and ERP systems;
- Comparison of functionalities and costs of different systems;
- Risks and challenges of implementing CRM and ERP systems;
- Practical application of change management in ERP systems;
- Strategies for selecting the optimal system based on business needs.
The training was delivered by BDO Academy with the support of Produce in Georgia.
