Training on How to Prepare the Company's Annual Budget

On September 30, 2024, Teimuraz Gurchiani, a financial services specialist at BNTU, participated in the training session on How to Prepare the Company's Annual Budget.
The training included discussions on the purpose and goals of budgeting, various budgeting methods and procedures, the stakeholders involved, timelines, the structure of the annual budget, key indicators and the use of Excel for budget preparation.
The training was delivered by BDO Academy with a support from Enterprise Georgia.
