Scientific workshop

On March 16, 2018, Ketevan Goletiani, professor, held scientific workshop “Role of organizational culture in stress management and conflict resolution process” in Batumi Navigation Teaching University. Organizational culture, as one of the main factors of proper management, role of stresses in weakening of effectiveness, conflict origination sources and ways and means of their resolution were examined at workshop. Along with scientific value, workshop was valuable in practical point of view, as it was continued with lively discussion. At the end of workshop, BNTU Head of Administration-Chancellor came forward with initiative and there was made decision on conduction of intra-university study regarding issues of management of stresses and conflicts, results of which will support improvement of BNTU management policy and increase in quality of working process.
