Awarding of BNTU Rector

On July 13, 2018, Prof. Parmen Khvedelidze, the Rector of Batumi Navigation Teaching University, deep sea going captain was awarded with the certificate of gratitude of the International Confederation of Wathet Transport Workers' Union for substantial contribution into maritime education and support of trade union movement in Georgia.
