Certification of Academic Personnel of BNU

Batumi Navigation University announces the certification of the following academic personnel members:

• Dursun Tsintsadze – Professor;
• Ketevan Goletiani – Professor;
• Tengiz Abkhazava – Professor;
• Naira Tabidze – Professor;
• Andrei Labartkava – Professor;
• Paata Imnaishvili – Associate Professor;
• Giorgi Kikvidze – Associate Professor;
• Elida Khvedelidze – Associate Professor;
• Ekaterine Gvarishvili – Associate Professor;
• Nino Beridze – Associate Professor.

Timeline

In accordance with the Regulations on the Certification of BNU Academic Staff, the certification process will follow the schedule below:

• Submission of certification documentation: 30 November – 1 December 2026;
• Review of documentation by the Certification Committee (Stage I): 2–4 December 2026;
• Interview with the Certification Committee (Stage II): 9–11 December 2026;
• Announcement of preliminary certification results: 11 December 2026;
• Appeal of preliminary results (submission of appeals): 14 December 2026;
• Review of appeals and decision-making: 15 December 2026;
• Issuance of the certification order: 16 December 2026.

Certification and/or appeal applications shall be submitted within the deadlines specified in the present order, on working days (Monday–Friday), from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., either in hard copy or electronically via BNU’s email address: info@bnu.edu.ge.
