On April 26, 2023, the Second Deputy Rector of the Batumi Navigation Teaching University in the Direction of Educational Processes Management and International Relations - Associate Professor George Gabedava gave a lecture to the students of the Maritime Faculty of the University of Montenegro (Montenegro).
