Public Lecture on “Repressions of 1937 in Georgia”

On June 6, 2024, a public lecture on “Repressions of 1937 in Georgia” was held at BNTU, conducted by the BNTU professor, Naira Tabidze.
Speaker reviewed a history of repressions in 1937 through the lives, carrer and tragic death of four famous Georgian public figures -Titsian Tabidze, Mikheil Javakhishvili, Sandro Akhmeteli and Evgeni Mikeladze. Additionally, the attendees viewed excerpts from Georgian feature movies.
BNTU students/vocational students and personnel attended the lecture.
