Working Visit to the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia)
On August 22-26, 2022, Head of International Relations Service Professor George Gabedava and Head of Quality Assurance Service Natia Mikeltadze of the Batumi Navigation Teaching University are on a working visit to the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia).
The visit was planned within the framework of the international research project "Applied Psychology of Seafarers", which is financed by the Association of International Maritime Universities (IAMU) and is implemented by BNTU. In the project, together with the representatives of BNTU, the representatives of BNTU's partner educational institutions: Dalian Maritime University (China) and University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) are involved.
Today's working meeting was held in the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of Arts, Ljubljana, where the guests were hosted by the head of the department, Matija Svetina. The purpose of the visit is to summarize the interim results of the ongoing research within the framework of the research project. Also, within the framework of the visit, the terms and conditions for the implementation of the activities provided for in accordance with the project plan will be planned.
As part of the visit, a working meeting with representatives of the Maritime Faculty of Ljubljana University is planned.
