Working visit to the Lithuanian Naval Academy

On November 26-30, 2023, the Second Deputy Rector in the Direction of Educational Process Management and International Relations of BNTU, Associate Professor – George Gabedava, was on a working visit to the Lithuanian Maritime Academy. Within the framework of the working visit, the deputy rector participated in the event dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Lithuanian Maritime Academy, within the framework of which a Diploma Awarding Ceremony to graduates was held. George Gabedava addressed the invited guests and the audience and once again emphasized the importance of the existing cooperation between BNTU and the Lithuanian Maritime Academy: "Congratulations to the entire community of the Lithuanian Maritime Academy on this important day! 75 years are not just numbers; these years speak of the vast experience accumulated and the knowledge sharing that you, together with the team, create and share with future generations to ensure a sustainable maritime industry. On behalf of the Batumi Navigation Teaching University, I would like to congratulate you on your anniversary and wish you meaningful work, many students and graduates. BNTU is proud to cooperate with you, and we will continue and strengthen it by doing more common things" - said the second deputy rector. The event was held within the framework of the international week with the financing of the ERASMUS+ program, and representatives of maritime educational institutions from different countries of the world participated in it. The Military Orchestra created a special festive atmosphere for the guests gathered at the Klaipeda Concert Hall.
