Training for teachers

On December 9, 10 and 11, 2022, a training was held for vocational teachers on the topic: "Modern approaches to teaching and learning in vocational education and assessment of the achievements of vocational students".

Teachers from various vocational educational institutions participated in the training, including representatives of Batumi Navigation Teaching University and Makhinjauri Maritime Lyceum.

Several issues were discussed at the training, including: the use and analysis of student-oriented approaches, the planning of the competency-based learning process, the use of innovative methods and digital technologies in the learning process, as well as the student assessment process, the documentation of assessment results, analysis and the creation of an assessment tool.

The training was led by the trainer, doctor of economics, education expert Shorena Khubunaia. The meeting was organized by the Vocational Skills Agency in College "Blexi" and its purpose was to support vocational education teachers.
