Training: How to Improve Internal Company Processes

On August 26, 2025, the Head of the Quality Assurance Service at BNU, Asmat Diasamidze and the ISO Manager of the same service, Otar Tsintsadze, participated in the training How to Improve Internal Company Processes.
The training covered topics such as management tools for value creation and optimization of work processes (Kanban, Lean, visualization, 5S, etc.); their analysis, advantages and disadvantages, demonstrations of practical applications and recommendations.
The training was delivered by BDO Academy with a support from Enterprise Georgia.
