Training on How to Manage Relationships with Employees

On February 20, 2025, Indira Lortkipanidze, Head of the Human Resources Management Service at BNTU, attended the training session on "How to Manage Relationships with Employees."
The training focused on key topics, including remuneration, career development, work environment, and conflict resolution.
The training was delivered by BDO Academy with a support from Enterprise Georgia.
