Training "SWOT Analysis and Risk Identification Process"

On December 1, 2022, the invited trainer Maria Polyakova, ISO standards expert, conducted the training "SWOT Analysis and Risk Identification Process" for the heads of structural units of the Batumi Navigation Teaching University.
The training discussed internal and external threats in the context of SWOT analysis, as well as the relationship between threats and risks and the features of risk identification.
The training was organized by the quality assurance service of BNTU.
