Training on Developing an Effective Employee Recruitment Process

On August 26, 2024, a specialist of the Student Registration, Exams, Evaluation and Monitoring Service, Nino Darchiashvili, participated in the training on Developing an Effective Employee Recruitment Process.
The training addressed various key topics, including: standards for personnel search and selection; effective strategies for finding candidates; a comparison of current technologies and their applications; analysis of recruitment sources; resume evaluation and prioritization; approaches and best practices for providing constructive feedback to candidates; building a candidate database, among other important aspects.
The event was delivered by BDO Academy with a support from Enterprise Georgia.
