Visit to the Romanian Naval Academy

George Gabedava, the second deputy rector of the Batumi Navigation Teaching University in the direction of educational processes management and international relations, Indira Lortkipanidze, the head of the chancellery, and Zurab Badzaghua, head of the student registration, evaluation and monitoring service, are on a working visit to the Mircea cel Bătrân Naval Academy. The visit is carried out within the framework of the ERASMUS+ international credit mobility program; it started on February 27, 2023, and will end on March 3. BNTU representatives held meetings today with the deputy rector of the academy in the direction of international relations, the head of the international relations service and the head of the marine engineering and port management department. At the meeting, the parties discussed directions of future cooperation and planned joint events. After the meeting, BNTU representatives toured the material-technical base and infrastructure of the host academy.  The purpose of the visit is to hold lectures and share experiences with the students of the Academy. Accordingly, within the framework of the visit, Professor George Gabedava will give lectures to the students of the Academy, and the representatives of the BNTU administration will share the practices of their foreign colleagues in the relevant departments.
