Chinese Scholarship Programme – “Eurasian Countries International Student Scholarship”

According to the information received by the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, in cooperation with Heilongjiang Province, has established the programme “Eurasian Countries International Student Scholarship.”

The programme provides an opportunity for Georgian students to individually apply for studies at higher education institutions in Heilongjiang Province, China.

The programme will be implemented during 2026–2029 and annually offers scholarships for:

• 20 Bachelor’s programmes
• 100 Master’s programmes
• 30 Doctoral programmes

The scholarship covers: full tuition fees; medical insurance; accommodation and living expenses.

Participating universities include: Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin Engineering University, Heilongjiang University, and other leading institutions.
