ERASMUS+ Exchange Program Competition for Students - International University of Logistics and Transport in Wroclaw

For the Attention of Students

International University of Logistics and Transport in Wroclaw (Poland), for undergraduate students of the Batumi Navigation University, announces the competition for participation in the Erasmus + ICM exchange program in the fall semester of 2026-2027 academic year.

The Erasmus + exchange program for international student mobility provides travel expenses and scholarships. The amount of scholarship for students is determined according to the host country and the university.

Details of mobility announced at International University of Logistics and Transport in Wroclaw:

• Academic Level - Bachelor;
• Duration of Mobility - 1 semester;
• Program Name: Organization and Management of International Shipping;
• Language of Instruction – English;

To participate in the competition, students with active status at the Batumi Navigation University must submit the following documents in English:

• A copy of a valid international passport;
• Completed application form;
• EUROPASS CV;
• International Certificate of English Proficiency (IELTS - 6.0; TOEFL-78); in case of existence. Applicants who wish to take part in the competition and do not have an international certificate of English proficiency will be required to take the BNU Institutional English Language Test;
• 1 cover letter;
• 1 letter of recommendation from the faculty (Dean / Program Manager / Lecturer);

Candidates must submit applications electronically by 15 May 2026, to the following address: erasmusplus@bnu.edu.ge

Who can not participate in the competition:

• First-year students; 4th-year students studying in the 2nd semester;
• Those who have already received an Erasmus + ICM grant at a similar level;

Applications will be considered from students who:

• Does not meet the requirements set by the framework agreement for participation in the exchange program and the regulations of the International Relations Service of the Batumi Navigation University;
• Will be submitted incomplete or non-compliant with established requirements;
• Will be submitted late or in stages;

Selection procedure:

• The submitted application documents will be reviewed by the Competition Commission of the Batumi Navigation University;
• Communicating with selected candidates by the International Relations Service and providing information on International University of Logistics and Transport in Wroclaw application procedures;
• Filling out the application form of International University of Logistics and Transport in Wroclaw by the selected candidates by May 22, 2026;
• Evaluation of the completed application form by the host university;
• Final selection of students by the International University of Logistics and Transport in Wroclaw;
