SNU President Fellowship (SPF) - Fall Semester 2026

Based on the information received by the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, the Seoul National University has announced the grant programme “SNU President Fellowship (SPF)” for the Fall Semester of 2026.

The programme is one of Seoul National University’s most prestigious fellowship initiatives and is intended for faculty members and academic staff of leading universities in developing countries, particularly those who do not yet hold a doctoral degree and plan to pursue doctoral studies.

The fellowship provides:

• Full tuition fee coverage for up to six semesters;
• A monthly stipend of 1,500,000 – 2,000,000 Korean Won (approximately USD 1,000–1,400) for 3–4 years;
• Round-trip airfare (economy class);
• National health insurance coverage;
• Childcare support, depending on individual circumstances;
• Funding for Korean language courses during the semester.
