Delegation of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Visited Batumi Navigation University
On May 12, 2026, Batumi Navigation University welcomed a delegation from Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University for a working and educational visit. The delegation consisted of university staff members and students. The visit was carried out within the framework of an international Study Visit for students and staff.
The purpose of the visit was to strengthen cooperation between the two universities, share international experiences with students, introduce innovative and technological projects, and promote youth engagement in international educational and research initiatives.
During the meeting, the guests were introduced to BNU’s educational programs, international cooperation activities, student opportunities, and university infrastructure. Members of the delegation also presented STEAM-oriented projects and student initiatives implemented at their university.
As part of the visit, the guests toured BNU’s academic and material-technical infrastructure, including lecture rooms, simulators, and student spaces. Representatives of the university administration, Student Self-Government, and Vocational Student Self-Government also attended the meeting and shared information about student life, youth activities, and international opportunities.
Special attention was paid to youth involvement in international projects, including educational programs and technological competitions. Both parties expressed their readiness to strengthen future cooperation in the development of joint student teams and international projects.
The visit was held in a friendly and interactive atmosphere.
