BNU at the SDG’s Youth Batumi 2025 Forum: The Role of Youth in Sustainable Development

On 3–4 December 2025, the Head of the International Relations Office of BSU participated in the SDG’s Youth Batumi 2025 forum — a student-led initiative aimed at promoting the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Within the framework of the forum, the Head of the International Relations Office delivered two public lectures for BSU and regional university students:

  • How Do International Shipping and the Maritime Sector Contribute to Achieving Sustainable Development?

  • The Importance of Transferable Skills for Future Maritime Competences: Internationalization as Support for Competence Development

The event once again highlighted the strong motivation and vision of the younger generation — their readiness to become initiators of change and active contributors to sustainable maritime development.
