6th Steering Committee Meeting of the DUGEOR Project

Professor George Gabedava, Head of International Relations Service at Batumi Navigation Teaching University, attended the 6th Steering Committee Meeting of the DUGEOR project on February 10, 2025, which was held online.

The meeting discussed ongoing project activities and future plans. Among the main issues was the development of the legal framework. 

Special attention was paid to activities for 2025, which will mainly focus on piloting dual education in Georgian universities. The project plans to implement specific models, create learning materials, and sign cooperation agreements with companies.

Partner organizations from Serbia, Austria, Germany, and Georgia participated in the meeting, including universities, government agencies, and private companies. Financial reporting issues and project dissemination activities were also discussed.

The DUGEOR project aims to support the implementation and development of dual higher education in Georgia.
