Meeting of the DUGEOR Project Working Group (WG4)

On 12–13 November 2025, the meeting of the DUGEOR Project Working Group (WG4), funded by Erasmus+, was held in Tbilisi at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (NCEQE). The meeting took place in a hybrid format and was attended by both local and international partners.

The aim of the working group meeting was to review the ongoing progress related to the development of the legal and strategic framework for the implementation of the dual higher education model.

Participants carried out intensive preparatory work covering the key topics of WG4. Several important issues were discussed during the meeting:

• Current progress of Work Package WG4
• The process of drafting amendments to the Law on Higher Education
• Preparation of the package of changes to accreditation standards
• Overview of deliverables planned for 2025

The event concluded with a discussion and summary agreements that will support the more effective implementation of the next stages of the DUGEOR project.
