Batumi Navigation Teaching University is inviting Bachelor’s and Master’s students to participate in research-to-practice conference

Requirements: 

  1. Bachelor’s and Master’s students of higher education institutions may participate in the Conference;
  2. Academic Council is entitled to not admit applicant with incomplete documentation or an author of incorrectly translated thesis; confirmation of participation in conference shall be sent to an applicant by e-mail. After confirmation, thesis author admitted to the conference shall send complete text of a thesis;
  3. More than one thesis submitted by one student, as well as joint works (three or more authors) shall not be examined;
  4. Theses and works shall be represented in compliance with the following parameters:
  • Font for Georgian version - Sylfaen; Russian and English - Sylfaen;
  • Font size: Titles (name of theme, name, surname of participant; name of educational institution and higher education stage (Bachelor, Master), name, surname, academic degree, position of adviser)  - 14 Bold;  basic text - 12; 
  • line spacing - 1,5;
  • page margins from all sides  - 2,5.

Key dates:

April 13, 2018 – Deadline for registration;

April 20, 2018 – Applicants will receive message on admission to the conference;

May 3, 2018 –Deadline for sending complete work;

May 19, 2018, 11:00 – Opening of conference.

Information for participants:

  1. Theses of conference participants will be printed, and after ending of conference all the participants will get certificates;
  2. Participants will have 8-10 minutes for thesis presentation and 5 minutes for debates;
  3. BNTU will provide accommodation for students, arrived for participation in conference from other towns;
