2026-2027 Academic Year: Schedule for Admission, Selection and Enrollment Process for Vocational Educational Programs at Batumi Navigation University (BNU):

• Applicant Assessment: June 4, 2026 – Electricity; June 5, 2026 – Information Technology Support

• Notification of Assessment Results: June 9, 2026

• Deadline for Re-assessment Applications (for applicants who missed the initial assessment): June 10, 2026

• Re-assessment Date: June 12, 2026

• Notification of Re-assessment Results: June 16, 2026

• Deadline for Appeals (for both initial and re-assessment results): June 17, 2026

• Uploading Selection Results and Ranking Scores (into the Vocational Education Management Information System): June 22, 2026

• Submission Period for Enrollment Documents: July 2, 2026 – July 13, 2026

• Finalization of Enrollment Data (in the Vocational Education Management Information System): July 15, 2026

 

Applicant assessment will be conducted based on a motivational interview.

List of Required Documents:

• Application Form addressed to the Head of the BNU Vocational Education Department (to be filled out on-site).

• Educational Document (Diploma/Certificate): Notarized photocopy.

• Birth Certificate: Photocopy.

• Medical Certificate (Form 100): Must be obtained from the Seamen's Medical Center "Sagittarius" (Address: 91 Z. Gorgiladze Street).

• ID Card / Passport: 3 photocopies.

• Photos: 4 printed photos (3/4 format) along with the digital version.

• Military Registration Document: (If applicable).

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM - Monday through Friday (Excluding weekends)
