Working Meeting Focused on the Analysis of the Ratio Between Academic and Invited Personnel

On May 22, 2025, a working meeting was held at BNU to conduct a systematic analysis of the ratio between academic and invited staff.
During the meeting, statistical data for 2024–2025, trends in quantitative changes in personnel, and ratio indicators by program were reviewed. The analysis was based on official registry data. The results obtained were used in the process of revising personnel policy.
This approach contributes to the establishment of a balanced academic environment for teaching and research.
