BNU Students Attended a Public Lecture by Zurab Mkheidze

On May 22, 2026, BNU students attended a public lecture titled “Decision-Making and Career Development,” delivered by psychologist Zurab Mkheidze.

The public lecture was held within the framework of the Employment and Career Development Week, jointly organized by the State Employment Promotion Agency, the Employment Agency of Adjara and Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University.

During the lecture, participants discussed the importance of decision-making for career success, approaches to planning a career trajectory, responsibility-taking and risk management in professional activities, as well as self-development strategies for enhancing competitiveness in the labor market.

The event provided students with an opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the psychological aspects of career development.
