Final Conference

On May 4, 2023, the final conference of the project "Innovative Soft Skills to Maritime Education and Training" (iSOL-MET) was held, in which BNTU Associate Professor, Second Deputy Rector in the Direction of Management of Educational Processes and International Relations - George Gabedava and two students of BNTU Tornike Zghenti and Butkhuzi Alasania participated. iSOL-MET was a project funded by the Erasmus+ program in the section KA2-Collaboration for innovation and exchange of good practices, which promoted cooperation between six countries: France, Bulgaria, Turkey, Romania, Poland and Greece. The overall goal of the iSOL-MET project is to create innovative educational material on case study methodology for the development of soft skills and competencies of human resources in accordance with the requirements of the maritime industry. George Gabedava, the second deputy rector of BNTU, was a member of the expert panel of the "Innovative Soft Skills to Maritime Education and Training" (iSOL-MET) project. The mentioned students are in the Mircea cel Bătrân Naval Academy within the framework of the ERASMUS+ international credit mobility program in the spring semester of the 2022-2023 academic year, and they had the chance to participate in the mentioned conference as the host of the conference was the Constanta Maritime University.
