Marathon "Restart" 11.03.2021

Lela Shanidze, Head of the Practice and Employment Center of the Batumi Navigation Teaching University, and Indira Lortkipanidze, Head of the Human Resources Management Service, took part in the marathon "Restart".

The marathon included: 3 online meetings, 4 video tutorials and more than 19 hands-on assignments.

Participants learned: proper goal setting and time management, increased self-confidence and information about the phenomenon of learned helplessness and internal self-esteem syndromes, also learned about effective methods of modern career management, learned about the impact of personal brand on human success. Even during the marathon, they were introduced into their lives.

At the end of the course, participants were awarded certificates.

The marathon started on March 25 and lasted for a week. 130 people took part in it.
