Online Public Lecture On "Lobs Coaching - Personal Identification In Crisis" – 03.04.2020

On April 3, 2020, the first online public lecture for BNTU students and staff was held on the topic: "Lobs Coaching - Personal Identification in Crisis", the lecture was organized by the International Relations Service of Batumi Navigation Teaching University and supported by Lobs Coaching.

The lecture was given by the personal and business coach, the founder of the corporation Kart-Veli, the coach of the Kant’s Academy and the speaker, marketer Kakhi Lobzhanidze.

During the lecture, the speaker spoke on the following topics:

• How to find our own advantage;
• Defining / updating strategic goals;
• Mobilize own resources;
• How to cover / renew the vision in crisis;
• Raising of self-esteem / Self-confidence
• Discovering new opportunities in yourself;
• Transforming stress into driving force;
• Increase self-motivation.

The public lecture was conducted using the online platform Zoom, and was attended by about 50 BNTU representatives.

The public lectures scheduled for the spring semester of 2020, before the end of the state of emergency, will be conducted by using the online mode.
