Online Seminar 21.07.2020

On July 21, 2020, the academic staff of the Batumi Navigation Teaching University attended an online seminar. The distance learning session consisted of two sessions: Session I focused on Nonverbal Communication in Teaching, which focused on the use of nonverbal communication in the learning process, how teachers should assist students in the learning process through nonverbal communication.

During the seminar  the issue such as „how teachers should use body language“ was discussed.

The first session was conducted by the Dean of the School of Education and Health of Adelphi University - Dr. Xiao-lei Wang. The second session was dedicated to the topic "Teaching with Zoom", where the ways of using the Zoom platform in the teaching-learning process were discussed.

The session focused on the various features of the platform that make lecturing interactive and fun for students.

The second session was conducted by Adelphi University Assistant Professor, Dr. Melissa Randazzo.

The seminar was organized in collaboration with English Book Education and Adelphi University.

The involvement of BNTU ‘s academic staff in the remote event was organized by the BNTU International Relations Service.
