On April 29, 2021, the academic staff and students of the Batumi Navigation Teaching University attended the online webinar "Crew Change Reality Webinar".
At the webinar, speakers spoke about the challenges facing the employment and repatriation of seafarers due to the Covid pandemic. Also, the focus was on the importance and role of the seafarer as a "key profession" in modern international trade and shipping.
The webinar was organized by The Nautical Institute. BNTU, as a member of this institution, is constantly involved in the activities organized by the Institute.
