On February 25, 2021, the academic staff of the Batumi Navigation Teaching University attended the online webinar "Fit-for-purpose training".
The webinar was conducted by industry experts who discussed the effectiveness of various types of training, the relevance of existing training programs, the effectiveness of onboard experience and current assessment practices, as well as the competencies required to work on modern ships.
The webinar was organized by The Nautical Institute.
