Training on Organizational Governance and the Functioning of Councils

On March 12, 2025, a targeted training session was held at BNTU for members of the Academic Council and Faculty Councils.
The purpose of the training was to support the effective functioning of governance bodies and to enhance the quality of institutional management. Participants received detailed information on the powers, responsibilities and decision-making procedures of the councils. Practical aspects of identifying and managing conflicts of interest were also discussed. The training included an analysis of real-life cases and the presentation of best practices.
The event contributed to strengthening the professional competencies of council members.
