Attention First-Year Students!
Registration of applicants who have been granted the right to continue their studies at Batumi Navigation University (BNU) based on the 2026 Unified National Examinations will take place from September 1 to September 10, 2026 (until 6:00 PM).
In order to obtain student status and begin the academic process, applicants must complete the following stages:
Stage I – Registration
Applicants must submit the following documents:

Registration application addressed to the Rector (completed during document submission; in cases предусмотрed by Georgian legislation, the application must be completed and signed by the applicant’s legal representative);

Copy of an identity document (ID card).
For foreign citizens – a copy of a passport or ID card and a notarized Georgian translation; -
Four (4) passport-size photos (3×4) and an electronic version (on CD/DVD);

Document confirming military registration (for citizens of Georgia subject to military registration);

Notarized copy of the certificate of complete general education (secondary school diploma);

If education was obtained abroad – a notarized Georgian translation of the education document and an official document recognizing the education (original or notarized copy).
Note:
For applicants to maritime bachelor’s programs (Maritime Navigation, Ship's Power Plant), submission of a medical fitness certificate (original and copy) is mandatory.
Medical examinations are conducted at Sagittarius Clinic (Batumi, Z. Gorgiladze St. №91).
Stage II – Signing the Study Contract and Payment
The student contract will be signed after successful registration and submission of all required documents.
For first-year students of the 2026–2027 academic year, the tuition fee payment deadline is September 10, 6:00 PM.
Students who fail to pay the tuition fee within the established timeframe will have their student status suspended, which cannot be restored during the same semester.
Stage III – Start of the Academic Process
The academic year will begin on September 14.
