They shared their professional experiences with students, spoke about the international maritime practices they have gained and discussed the challenges they encountered throughout their career paths.
The event was also attended by BNU students who are graduates of the BSM Cadet Program. They shared their own experiences with the audience and highlighted the importance of the program in their professional development.
During the lecture, participants discussed the formation of a successful professional path in the maritime field, the importance of leadership, international experience, and the professional challenges faced by seafarers. The meeting was conducted in an interactive format, allowing students to ask questions and engage directly with the invited speakers.
