Information Meeting on the Optimization of Academic and Invited Staff Workload

On August 21, 2025, a working meeting was held at BNU on issues related to the workload of academic and invited personnel.
Individual and semester-based workload schemes, the allocation of time for teaching and research, and the relevance of workload distribution were discussed. The meeting was based on factual data and analysis. The conclusions reached were used in the process of adjusting workloads.
This approach contributes to balancing teaching and research activities.
