CMA CGM company representatives visit BNTU

On March 28, 2023, the Batumi Navigation Teaching University hosted representatives of the French container shipping company CMA CGM. The Rector of BNTU - Parmen Khvedelidze; Head of Administration - Lali Khvedelidze and Deputy Rectors - Gela Gvarishvili and George Gabedava held a meeting with the company's representatives; CMA CGM is a French container shipping company. It is the 3rd largest company in the world, operating in approximately 160 countries and owning 593 ships. The visit aimed to start cooperation with BNTU and provide students of bachelor and vocational education programs with practice. Within the framework of the meeting, the company's representatives toured the material-technical base of BNTU and met the students of BNTU. Company representatives provided students with information about the company and introduced the opportunities that the company offers to students.  In Georgia, CMA CGM has been cooperating with the company "Lucent Maritime" for years.
