Working Meeting with Seafaring Personnel Involved in the Implementation of Educational Programs

On June 10, 2025, a working meeting was held at BNU with seafaring personnel involved in the implementation of educational programs. The purpose of the meeting was to identify courses in which the involvement of active seafarers is particularly important.
Within the framework of the meeting, a comprehensive analysis of human resources was conducted, along with an assessment of practical training needs. The quantitative and qualification indicators of academic staff were discussed. The outcomes were used in the subsequent planning of the programs.
This approach enhances the alignment of educational programs with labor market demands.
