Working Meeting on the Use of the Electronic Academic Administration System
On February 26, 2026, an online working meeting was held for BNU administrative personnel regarding the use of the electronic system for academic process administration.
Within the framework of the meeting, the following issues were discussed:

Participants were introduced to the electronic journal interface and its main functionalities;

The procedure for uploading learning materials to the system and linking them to a specific course;

The mechanism for sending messages to a group;

The rules for placing mandatory and additional literature defined in the syllabus;

Mechanisms for sharing learning materials with students and ensuring their accessibility;

The procedure for recording attendance;
-
The rules for reflecting ongoing assessments in the system and administering grades.
The meeting was conducted in a discussion format. Participants received detailed explanations and practical instructions aimed at ensuring the effective use of the system.
