Working Visit to Korea Maritime and Oceanic University

On November 14, 2022, Deputy Rector of Batumi Navigation Teaching University George Gabedava had a working visit to Korea Maritime and Ocean University (KMOU).

Within the scope of the visit, George Gabedava held meetings with Professor Lee San Yuong, Dean of the Faculty of Marine Sciences, and International Relations Coordinator Lee Hiang. Within the framework of the meeting, issues of deepening cooperation between universities were discussed.

Also, the deputy rector held a meeting with the manager of the Maritime Training Center Mr. Ju Mung Ho and the material and technical base of the center were toured, including the university's training ship.

Within the framework of the visit, George Gabedava also met the students of BNTU, who are in the mentioned university in the fall semester of 2022-2023 under the exchange program.

BNTU is a partner institution of Korea Maritime and Ocean University (KMOU) and cooperates in various directions.
