Informational Meeting on the Marine Engineering Bachelor’s Program

On October 6, 2025, the Head of the Bachelor’s Educational Program in Ship's Power Plant, Chief Engineer Kakhaber Khintibidze, held an informational meeting with first-year students of the program and students transferred through mobility.

The purpose of the meeting was to familiarize students with the structure and content of the academic program, explain its specific features, discuss the professional competencies to be acquired and provide information on current developments in the field as well as existing regulations.

During the meeting, special attention was paid to the organization of the educational process, the importance of both practical and theoretical training and the requirements necessary for successful professional performance in the maritime sector.

The meeting aimed to support students’ academic adaptation and to facilitate their proper orientation toward professional development.
