Student Financial Support Under Social Programs

Attention Students!

The Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia announces the application period for student financial support under social programs.

Students enrolled in higher education institutions on or before December 17, 2025, who belong to the eligible categories, may apply for a State Educational Grant or a State Master's Grant.

For Bachelor's Degree Students: application period - August 26 – September 25, 2026

For Master's Degree Students: application period - September 28 – October 12, 2026

Applications must be submitted electronically only through the following portal: http://socreg.mes.gov.ge
