Training on Human Resources Management

On September 23–25, 2025, Anita Akhaladze, a specialist at BNU’s Human Resources Service participated in a training program on human resources management.

The training covered topics such as team-building specifics, the fundamentals of labor law, the process of employee selection and recruitment, models for onboarding and adapting new employees, as well as modern methods of employee motivation and performance evaluation.

The training also addressed important issues, including:

• Effective job postings and candidate selection strategies;
• Types of employee motivation and practical tools;
• The use of KPI and OKR systems in performance assessment;
• Strengthening internal communication and corporate culture.

The training was implemented by BDO Academy with the support of Produce in Georgia.
