Training: Academic and Research Ethics and Plagiarism Prevention

On March 20, 2026, a training session on academic and research ethics and plagiarism prevention was held for BNU students, led by Assistant Professor Tatia Tsetskhladze.

During the training, students received information about the principles of academic integrity, standards of research ethics and effective ways to prevent plagiarism. Special attention was paid to the proper use of reliable sources, citation rules and the importance of independently producing academic work.

The session was conducted in an interactive format, where participants discussed practical examples and received recommendations that will help them both in their studies and in their future academic and professional activities.

This training was important for strengthening students’ sense of academic responsibility and ethical awareness, which are essential foundations of quality education.
