Visit to the Civic Education Office of the President of the Republic of Lithuania and to the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania

On February 25, 2022, George Gabedava, Head of the International Relations Service of the Batumi Navigation Teaching University, has been visiting to the Civic Education Office of the President of the Republic of Lithuania and to the Parliament of the Republic of Latvia under framework of an introductory visit, in Vilnius.   During the visit, the Head of the Service toured the infrastructure of the Civic Education Center and the Parliament.   During the visit, he met with the Advisor to the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania and attended a meeting held by the Minister.   During the meeting, the Head of the Service discussed with the Advisor the possibility of developing and implementing various projects that will be aimed at protecting the maritime environment and promoting sustainable development.   The head of the service noted the readiness of BNTU to get involved and take an active part in similar projects.
