On May 24, 2023, the second deputy rector of the Batumi Navigation Teaching University in the Direction of Educational Process Management and International Relations – Associate Professor George Gabedava and the Head of Student Practice and Employment Service – Lela Shanidze, visited the Maritime Faculty of the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University (Turkey). Within the framework of the meeting, the parties discussed ways of future cooperation and signed a memorandum of cooperation. A visit of representatives of the host university to BNTU was planned. Also, exchange programs for students, academic and administrative staff were planned within the framework of the ERASMUS+ international credit mobility program. At the end of the meeting, BNTU representatives toured the material-technical base of the Maritime Faculty. The mentioned meeting was held within the framework of the ERASMUS+ international credit mobility program.
