On May 2-3, 2023, the Second Deputy Rector of the Batumi Navigation Teaching University in the Direction of Educational Processes Management and International Relations - Associate Professor George Gabedava participated in the workshop "Microplastics Pollution From Ports And Shipping Activities: Mitigation Strategies".
The workshop was facilitated by researchers from the Australian Maritime College, Institute of Marine and Antarctic Studies, Bombay College of Pharmacy and the University of Mumbai.
48 representatives from different countries of the world took part in the workshop.
