Instructions: 

• The Maritime Transport Agency of the Republic of Moldova has developed the training record book, which is to be reviewed by the university
• The student/cadet is responsible for downloading and printing the book
• The printed book must be bound
• The bound book should be registered at the university with a unique registration number
• It must be certified by the Head of Practice at the university, including the signature and seal of the Rector of BNU.
